People Exercising On Ellipticals
Some of us have space restrictions so a full size elliptical machine may not be feasible; that's where a mini elliptical trainer comes into play. These do the same as the larger versions, but they can be stored easily away when not in use.

Mini Elliptical Trainer

These cool looking exercise machines are very handy if you have limited space to workout in, at only 17 inches by 12 inches in size. You can imagine just whipping these out from under the under-stairs cupboard and toning them thighs like there’s no tomorrow.

What Makes Them Mini

The mini elliptical trainers are, as you may have guessed, miniature versions of the full sized cross trainers. The handgrips are completely gone and the small motor is between the oscillating pedals. Although it is not as high tech as the big version because it is missing the LED display and lacks different pressure options, it is possible to chuck this in your backpack to work and use during lunch break.

Some versions of the mini elliptical include two stretchy rubber handles to hold whilst exercising which is a cool add on if your balance isn’t spectacular.

Mini Machine, Mighty Resuls

This mini trainer improves your cardiovascular condition (heart, lungs and blood flow) so it is great for anyone beginning to lose weight. The price of this contraption starts at $50 up to $150, the same price you can buy a normal elliptical trainer. So you should only really buy this if it is convenient for your lifestyle.
