men working out on ellipticals
You may find the the Stamina Elliptical is a disappointment. Many of the stride lengths are way too short to accomplish a decent workout. They do offer many of the same features of other ellipticals - nothing special.

Stamina Elliptical

The Stamina Elliptical range is like a penguin in a library, it doesn’t quite know where it stands. They seem to have just made ellipticals for random amounts of money, but they all look cheap. They are generally all under $1000, and a lot are $150.

Let’s concentrate on the Stamina SpaceMate E100. At only $169 you would think this is a bargain! No, it’s not. It looks terrible, even a toddler has bigger strides than this offers. The cross trainer has the usual LCD display with calories burned, time, distance, and a knob that changes the resistance. It also has the usual comfortable footings and grips. Apart from that it’s pretty much a flop.

Some Advice

If you want my advice, you should save another $100 and buy a more decent one. Most of their other products are very similar but differently priced, so it does seem skeptical.

If you are looking for purchasing this for your gym, then don’t. They don’t really know what is happening. What is technology? How do I use it? Get with the times, Stamina.

An Alternative

An Alternative for cheap cross trainers would have to be Weslo. For $100 more you could be looking at a much better elliptical.
